Fuel scarcity

The government agency in charge of regulating petrol pump price, has found it imperative to clarify that there is no plan to increase fuel pump price this yuletide season.

The Executive Secretary of the agency, the Petroleum Products Pricing Regulatory Agency, PPPRA, Abdulkadir Saidu made this known on Tuesday.

He maintained that the retail price of petrol remains at the subsisting price cap of 145-naira per litre.

He urged Nigerians to ignore the growing speculation on the purported imminent increase in the pump price
